We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and will not use or sell the information which our customers provide to us through our website for anything other than purchasing part on this particular site.


Shipping Policy

ALL SHIPPING QUOTES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

The shipping amount shown is for single items, or multiple items that can be shipped together. Items that are too large to be shipped together may require additional shipping charges. Some oversize items may require additional charges.

Customers will be notified of any Oversized Shipping charges before any charges are made to the card holder. If there are any questions on combined shipping or oversized products please email us. Shipping Information:

  • Most orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 24 hours (or one business day) of receiving it.
  • Orders for items that are not in stock at the time of purchase will be special ordered from Nissan, and will normally ship in 2-3 business days.
  • We do not guarantee any shipping times for ANY deliveries and no refunds will be given on shipping charges.

PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and fees aren't included in the item's price or shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for paying for any import fees. Check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional charges will be before you buy.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are usually collected by the shipping company when you receive or pick up an item. They're not additional shipping costs.
  • We follow international regulations. We don't mark items below their actual value or call them "gifts".

VISIBLE DAMAGE:

IF YOU NOTICE DAMAGE AT TIME OF SHIPMENT, HAVE THE DRIVER FOR THE FREIGHT COMPANY NOTE THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF DAMAGES ON THE FREIGHT BILL. NOTIFY THE CARRIER'S OFFICE TO INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE. FILE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES AT ONCE. ON FEDEX SHIPMENTS NOTIFY OUR OFFICE PERSONNEL ABOUT THE DAMAGE AND WE WILL FILE THE CLAIM. IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER YOU MAY MAKE A CASH ADJUSTMENT FOR FULL VALUE, ARRANGE TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE, OR REPLACE THE MERCHANDISE.

CONCEALED DAMAGE:

IF DAMAGE IS NOTICED WHEN MERCHANDISE IS UNPACKED, NOTIFY CARRIER'S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY AND ASK TO HAVE IT INSPECTED. DO NOT DESTROY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL SHIPMENT IS INSPECTED AND CLAIM SETTLED.

SHORTAGES:

ALL SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THREE DAYS. CHECK NUMBER OF CARTONS DELIVERED WITH THE QUANTITY SHOWN ON YOUR RECEIPT. IF QUANTITIES DO NOT TALLY, HAVE DRIVER NOTE SHORTAGE. ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SHOULD BE FILED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE CARRIER MAKING DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR. THEN NOTIFY US. SHOULD YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THE CLAIM WE WILL BE GLAD TO HELP.

NOTE: CARRIER MAY PICK UP MERCHANDISE AFTER SETTLING CLAIM OR RETURN IT TO US FOR FILING CLAIM.


Return Policy

No returns after 20 days. To return items, simply call us first at: 540-283-9959 or e-mail: Sales@nissanautosports.com. A customer service representative will assist you with return shipping. Please contact us before you send back the item(s). Items returned to us without a RMA # will not be accepted. Please have your receipt when you call, or include your order number when you e-mail us. This will save you time and money in the long run. Also, we understand things happen, so we are more than happy to help you with your returns. Please keep the following in mind:

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping is not refundable.
  • Because of the nature of certain parts, there is no refund on electrical components.
  • Items that have been pre-painted in factory colors to match your vehicle, such as some Splash Guards and Spoilers, are not returnable.
  • You can cancel unshipped items (except Special Order items- a 20% fee will apply). Please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Please keep the original receipt, packaging and accessories to return with the item.
  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, OR THAT HAVE A DAMAGED / REMOVED PART NUMBER TAG.
  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN NEW CONDITION, OR THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.
  • Indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
  • For your protection, it is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
  • No returns after 20 days
  • NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL

Warranty

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The Seller, Blue Ridge Nissan of Martinsville, Inc., hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Jim Mills Nissan, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. (In other words, Jim Mills Nissan does not offer any additional warranties for what we sell; parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranties, which vary depending on the manufacturer.)

NISSAN LIMITED WARRANTY ON GENUINE NISSAN REPLACEMENT PARTS, GENUINE NISMO S-TUNE PARTS, AND GENUINE NISSAN ACCESSORIES:

WHAT IS COVERED?

*Nissan warrants to correct defects in materials or workmanship in all genuine Nissan replacement parts, Genuine NISMO S-tune parts, and Genuine Nissan accessories, distributed by Nissan North America in the Continental United States, installed and used on Nissan or Infiniti (if appropriate use and application of the part, accessory, or Genuine NISMO S-tune part) vehicles only, except as described under the caption below "WHAT IS NOT COVERED." This warranty covers any repairs needed to correct defects in materials and workmanship. *Nissan indicates Nissan North American, Inc., PO Box 191, Gardena, CA 90248-0191 which distributes and provides consumer service for Nissan vehicles in the continental United States.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?

Except for replacement audio components, this warranty is for 12,000 miles or 12 months from the date of installation or purchase, whichever is earlier. However, the warranty on Genuine Nissan replacement parts, Genuine NISMO S-tune parts, and Genuine Nissan accessories installed in a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle while the vehicle is covered by a Nissan warranty, which would have covered the part had it been installed in the vehicle at manufacture, will not end before the end of that warranty.

REPLACEMENT AUDIO COMPONENTS

A replacement Radio, Tape Deck, Amplifier or Compact Disc Player/Auto Changer or Cellular Phone supplied by Nissan is covered 12 months/unlimited mileage from the time of installation or the balance of the Basic Vehicle Warranty as it applies to audio components, which ever is greater.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Nissan JDM parts and accessories (items produced for vehicles manufactured for the Japanese Domestic Market).
  2. Tires; batteries; remanufactured engines or truck bedliners. These items are covered by separate warranties.
  3. Nissan Motorsports and NISMO R-tune parts, including NISMO Legacy parts are sold "AS IS" without warranties, expressed or implied unless expressly prohibited from doing so by applicable law, in which case the warranty provided is the minimum required by law. R-tune components have been engineered for the hard-core enthusiast or weekend racer. Street "civility" is compromised for maximum performance at track days. R-tune components do not carry any type of warranty, and have been designed and are intended for off-highways applications only.
  4. Normal maintenance service and parts replacement as outlined in the maintenance schedule of your Owner's Manual.
  5. Damage or failures resulting from:
    • Misuse (your Owner's Manual is your guide to proper use).
    • Accident, theft, fire, driving through water resulting in engine water ingestion.
    • Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, sand, hail, flood or other environmental conditions.
    • Modification or improper repair of the part or of the vehicle in which the part is installed.
    • Use of parts not equivalent in quality or design to parts supplied by Nissan.
    • Lack of performance of required maintenance services as outlined in your Owner's Manual.
    • Use of improper or dirty fuel, fluids or lubricants.
  6. Salvage Title. This warranty does not cover damage, failures or corrosion to any Nissan replacement part, Genuine NISMO S-tune Part, or Genuine Nissan Accessory, installed in the vehicle, if the vehicle is issued a "salvage" or similar title. (This exclusion does not extend to new Genuine Nissan replacement parts, NISMO S-tune parts or Genuine Nissan accessories, installed in a Nissan or Infiniti vehicle after the issuance of a "salvage" or similar title.

WHAT YOU MUST DO

Provide your vehicles mileage. If you are having the item professionally installed, have the installer include your vehicles mileage on the service repair order. The date on the repair order will be the warranty start date. If you plan to do the installation yourself, Include your vehicles mileage with your order details. The warranty will start the day you receive the product.

In order to obtain Nissan/Nismo warranty service you must deliver the warranted part or accessory, or the vehicle on which the part or accessory is installed, to an authorized Nissan or Infiniti dealer in the United States or Canada at your expense with proof of purchase (parts invoice or service repair order from an authorized Nissan or Infiniti dealer). The names and addresses of authorized Nissan and Infiniti dealers are listed in the telephone directories or can be found at www.nissan-usa.com. You must also pay for the labor charges to remove and replace the part or accessory if it was not originally installed on your vehicle by an authorized Nissan or Infiniti dealer.

WHAT NISSAN WILL DO

If the part or accessory to be repaired was originally installed by an authorized Nissan of Infiniti dealer, it will be removed and reinstalled after repair at no charge for parts and labor. If the part or accessory was not installed by an authorized Nissan or Infiniti dealer, the part or accessory will be repaired or exchanged only. Any needed parts replacement or exchange will be made using new or remanufactured parts at Nissan's option.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND OTHER WARRANTY TERMS AND STATE LAW RIGHTS EXTRA EXPENSES - LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES.

This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as loss of the use of the vehicle, inconvenience or commercial loss.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Nissan does not authorize any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation or liability in connection with this vehicle.

EXTRA EXPENSES - LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF THE USE OF THE VEHICLE OR RENTAL CAR EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCE OR COMMERCIAL LOSS. Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a refund any unopened merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping is not refundable.

AFTERMARKET ITEMS:

Items not sold and marketed by Nissan are "Aftermarket". Warranties vary by manufacturer. Customer should contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty repair or replacement, if covered.
SPEC clutches have a 120-day parts coverage from the manufacturer. Labor is not covered. Obtaining warranty services are ultimately between the buyer and Spec. We will assist buyer in communicating with Spec, if needed.

OTHER NOTES:

  • There is a 20% charge on all returned parts, unless we made an error in the order, then there is no charge (your VIN # may be required.)
  • There is no refund on special order items. At our discretion, a refund may be given minus a 20% fee.
  • Because of the nature of certain parts, there is no refund on electrical components.
  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Jim Mills Nissan.
  • You can also cancel unshipped items, please notify us as soon as possible. There will be a 20% cancellation fee on special order items.
  • Please keep the original receipt, packaging and accessories to return with the item.
